History
Since 2014, We have made a business Of serving repeat Clientele solving hard problems in record time. 2025 is no different.

Rearden Performance Group (Formerly known as Propellerhead) was started in 2014, after I had already lived through roles across all aspects of companies, from product, recruiting, sales, software engineering, consulting and even a detour into cooking at the Culinary Institute of America.
I launched a restaurant that soared early but collapsed, a failure that pushed me back into consulting and eventually into Propellerhead, which grew through word-of-mouth into projects spanning X-Prize, a Cannes Gold Lion award, an Effie Award, medical robotics, various early AI companies and projects.
in 2019 I got pulled into a startup to help turn around a tough project - turning it into an acquisition in nine months. I then spent four years at GrowthLoop, where we tripled in size and built marketing automation for Fortune 100 companies implementing Amazon Flywheel principles.
But after four kids, it was time to re-think everything.
I realized it was time to relaunch Propellerhead.
And get a new name.
We are now Rearden Performance Media.
This time, with a clear mission: Help companies make more money faster.
